Hey there!
My name is Sarah.
I am a fashion enthusiast, a traveller, photographer, Instagram addict, blogger, sister, daughter, cousin, bestfriend, god mother, student and (most importantly) editor of stainsofsunshine.com. Wow that was a long list!

I was born and raised in a small town near Montreal. I am a marketing graduated from the John Molson School of Business.  In 2016, I studied abroad in Madrid, Spain for 5 months. That's when I started this blog.

If you want to learn more about me or follow my adventures, you can follow me on social media! For inquiries or collaborations, you can email me at sarah.ostiguy@hotmail.ca.

Even as a child I always knew that I wanted to travel the world; and I've always been one to set goals for myself in all chapters of my life so university would be no different. One of my goals for university was to study a semester abroad. When I began university in September 2014, I started looking into the student exchange opportunities that my school offered. I wanted to study a semester abroad, I wanted to experience all the university had to offer, all that the world had to offer.

Flash forward several months and there I was completing all the steps to apply for a student exchange in Europe. A couple months later I received a letter in the mail informing me that I had been accepted in my first choice institution, and I would be studying in Spain for the Winter 2016 semester! An opportunity like this doesn't come around that often, so I started brainstorming ways to make the most of this adventure and that's when I got the crazy idea of starting a blog to document my semester abroad, which pretty much brings you up to date.

Now that I'm back from my semester abroad, I want to continue sharing with you the travels that I do, the things I do and the things I love. I've set a new goal for myself: to visit as many countries as my age. So far I have visited 24 and I am 24 right now, so right on track! So stick around for all my new adventures ;)

XOXX
